SoCal Adventures
International students at CSUDH have the opportunity to take part in various fun adventures and field trips. International Student Services provide outings to different places in Southern California, such as Disneyland, the Aquarium of the Pacific, and many more. The purpose is to allow international students to discover SoCal while having fun and making the most of their stay at CSUDH.

Coffee Break
Have a cup of coffee on us at our monthly coffee break. Enjoy free food and drinks as you engage in stimulating conversations and interactive activities with your fellow Toros. Share your culture with us and learn about other cultures, too. Build connections, make friends, and have fun!

Mixer
Come and mingle with your fellow CSUDH students, both international and domestic, at our Mixers. Take part in some food and drinks as you play fun games and converse with others. Bring your friends along and tell us about your life as an International Student here at CSUDH.

Movie Social
While it is important to study hard and ace all your classes, ISS understand that it is important to distress and relax sometimes. Movie Socials are held to allow our students to sit back and eat some popcorn while enjoying a good movie. Come and join us!

Celebrating Graduating Students
International Student Services invites graduating international students to gather and celebrate their achievements in completing their programs and receiving their degrees. It is an opportunity for graduating students to talk and share their memories and time here at CSUDH with free food and drinks.

Tutoring Sessions for International Students
Tutoring sessions are available for International Students every Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:00pm to 4:30pm and Fridays from 9:00am to 3:30pm. Students can sign up for 30 minutes tutoring sessions at SAC 1143.

OPT Workshop
Learn about Optional Practical Training (OPT) work authorization that is available to international students who have valid F-1 status. These workshops provide essential information on how to apply for OPT and the types of employment available. It is required that you attend a workshop in the final year of your degree program to apply in a timely manner.

International Student Club
Here at CSUDH, there are many different organizations and clubs for students to join and become involved in. One great club is the International Student Club. The International Student Club focuses on bridging the connection between international students and domestic students to form strong bonds. Come make friends and take part in fun activities and social events. Contact csudh.isc@gmail.com on how to join!

International Buddy Program
The International Buddy Program was created to assist new international students for a smooth transition into college life at California State University, Dominguez Hills. Through the International Buddy Program, international students have the opportunity to build connections with current CSUDH students who will act as mentors to support them. The program promotes cultural exchange and interactions between mentor and mentees and encourages international students to become actively involved on campus through the help of their mentors.

Women's Group
Women's Group welcomes international female students to meet and discuss about current women's issues from around the world and in the United States.
